Private Residence Broadstairs, Kent 14th December 2008

Equipment used -- EMF -- Laser Thermometer, Digital Voice recorder, and digital cameras.
The Owner of the 50's property had asked me to come along and do an investigation
in her home as she felt there were Spirit presence there.
On arriving at the bungalow, I walked into the hall and instantly felt that activity
takes place regularly in that area. I took around 20 minutes to get used to the "feel" of
the property, and after a cup of tea, proceeded to take EMF readings and temperature readings in the hall and the rooms that went off the hall.
On entering the main bedroom off the hall, I felt the presence of a Lady who I feel
used to live in the bungalow. I took some pictures, some of which had strange shapes
on the wall. The owner later went in and took some more pictures and captured some orbs.
The Owner had already said that she knew all the"hot spots" and was waiting to see if
I could pick them up. On wallking in the hall by the bathroom and toilet, I really felt
this was a regular spot for a tall gentleman who I felt was grounded to the area.
I felt this Man was a relative of the home Owner, and explained this to her. She already
knew who I was talking about.
Straight above this area was the attic, which I really felt the need to look at so asked if
it was possible to access it. After my request, she said that there had been banging coming from the attic at night time. I was soon in the attic and when I got up there, I
could feel a Spirit presence.
I took an EMF reading, and seemed to have a very strange reading around my legs.
I then turned on the voice recorder and started to call out.
The owner was trying to get her camera to work, and after 8 new batteries, finally
succeeded in the camera working. She said she had never had any problems with it
before. I took several pictures with my camera around the chair -- capturing orbs.
After calling out, and listening to the recorder afterwards, I caught an EVP which sounds like its says "who are you" or how are you" .
The next recordings were taken after calling out again in the attic. I heard no response
but afterwards realised what had been recorded.
In the first recording, you can hear a bang and scuttle that I did not hear at the time.
In the second recording, you can hear a very strange bang crash scuttle squeek!
On coming out of the attic, I spent some time in the lounge. What I sensed was the previous owner, an older man. I believe he used to sit in his chair, looking at the fire for long periods of time. This was where he felt at his happiest.
I did not feel that this was the Gentlemans spirit, but just a replay of feelings.
The owner was very happy with the results, it just underlined to her what she
knew already, which was that her and her Family were not the only people who
reside in their home.
