We were thrilled to be able to investigate this Historic landmark in Margate.  On our pre-investigation visit, myself (Claire) and Emma Clifford had visited the property.  We had both sensed various energies in the house, and I had sensed a Woman upstairs who was quite modern in terms of the house, I think she was from around the 1920's or 30's -- she was quite short with grey curly hair, and she was wearing a pinny with quite a brightly coloured dress. I also got the feeling that the last room upstairs was used as a meeting room for locals. On coming down the stairs of the Tudor House, Emma had seen something whizz pass the door in the first room downstairs.

The house has a basement/cellar, which is beleived to be the oldest part of the house. Above that, is the first floor which has three rooms. The last of these three lower rooms has got the most beautiful original tudor ceiling. Take the small winding staircase up to the second floor, and you have got three very large rooms.

The Investigation:

We met the Team at the Tudor House, and brought all the equipment in.  After doing a risk assessment of the property, we proceeded to set the equipment up and do the baseline testing.

Antony set up the CCTV cameras, while both the Emma's set out to do the baseline testing.

Jacquie was setting up the trigger objects, and Daniel and Sophie were setting up the White Light Livestream for the evening.

I was milling around and generally helping where I could, when I found myself upstairs on my own.  I was walking through to the large room at the top of the house to sort out the Livestream.  As I walked through the middle room,
I saw a small dark slim shadow in the far right hand corner of the room.  Both of the Emma's had just done the baseline tests, and after speaking to them of what I saw, they said the EMF was erratic in this room.

We decided to set up a CCTV camera in this middle upstairs room which we did.  All of the Team were downstairs talking, when Emma and Jacquie looked at the monitor which was downstairs, and saw a figure walk past on the
CCTV camera upstairs. This all happened before the investigation had started!

We all moved upstairs to the large back room and did our spiritual protection for the whole Team.

Adam and Antony were on the cameras for the evening for this investigation.

We started to pick up on energies -- Emma sensed a small child called William.  Throughout this time we
heard footsteps on the floorboards, and banging from the middle room.

After a while we decided to split the Team into the other rooms on the top floor.  Jacquie and Daniel were in the
first room, and Sophie and myself were in the middle room.  Both Emma's were in the far room, and Adam and Antony were filming in various areas.

Throughout the evening, the main pattern forming was that we had problems with electrical items.  My camera had new batteries at the beginning of the night, but when I went to use it, there was no power. The walkie talkies again had new batteries in -- throughout the evening they were dying then starting up again.

We had all decided to go for a break in the downstairs room by the stairs which we had decided would be the Team room where we could have a break.  We had left two of the walkie talkies upstairs as they were not working.  Suddenly the walkie talkie we did have started to buzz followed by what sounded like a Female voice -- now for this to happen,
you have to hold down the call button and speak.  All the Team were in the room, and the walkie talkies were upstairs, and with only one unit with us, we look at this as very compelling evidence of paranormal activity.

While we were all downstairs on our break, we heard footsteps above us.  Antony asked for whoever this was to copy him as he stamped his feet downstairs.  Whoever it was upstairs kindly did, with return footsteps on the floorboards upstairs.

We decided to end the investigation for this evening, but were are from finished investigating the Tudor House!
We can't wait to return for our next investigation!

Many thanks to Chris Tull for allowing us into this stunning building and for being so helpful.
